Just ran out to the store to pick up a few things we needed because my husband wanted nachos! So yummy! One of the items I had to pick up was sour cream, which is always so expensive. Well, not today! Brookshire Brothers has their Smart Balance Sour Cream on sale this week for $1.79 (reg. $2.29). With the $1 coupon from a couple weeks ago, you can get a 16 oz. for only $.79!

It was such a great deal, I snagged 2 (1 for nachos tonight and one to make ranch dip). Oh, by the way, Brookshire Brothers has their Hytop brand Ranch powder for only $.45. I know its a knock off the the best ranch dip mix, but I will give you my honest opinion, it tastes just like Hidden Valley. So save a dollar and get the Hytop brand!
I do have one question if someone could help me out is: Can you freeze sour cream? If so, I think I may go buy some more. I look forward to hearing back from you guys to let me know if you can freeze it or not!
